We want you to feel confident shopping with TiaraNest. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size or style, except where required by law. Please check your selections and our size guide before purchasing.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Routine carrier delays, customs processing and tracking updates do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If your delivery is delayed, email tiaranest13@outlook.com so we can investigate. This does not affect any legal right to cancel or receive a refund for late delivery or non-delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email tiaranest13@outlook.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video.

Our 30-day warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund, as applicable.

Return Instructions
Please contact tiaranest13@outlook.com before returning an item. We will provide return instructions and confirm any applicable shipping arrangements. Do not send items to the address on your parcel without contacting us first.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Any legally required refund deadlines will apply.
